Shipping Policy

Note for store owner: delivery times are from your existing policies; the fee and free-shipping threshold are editable in Admin → Settings. Remove this note once confirmed.

All orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee applies below that, shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we update its status and courier details. Track it anytime on our Track Order page using your order ID and mobile number.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
